    Learning objectives
In this module, you will explore how to guide the transformation of your own firm by:

    • Turning newly gained knowledge and enthusiasm into concrete transition plans within your organization.

    • Learning how to design change processes that fit your firm’s workflow and culture by choosing an approach aligned with your team and way of working.

You will see examples of successful transition processes and begin developing a practical action plan tailored to your own architectural practice.

    Time: ± 45 minutes.

    Target audience: Architects and designers.
